It looks like the summer rush is coming early this year as many buyers are trying to get homes before the rates jump. With prices climbing steadily, there is a strong argument to buy now before rates jump as well.
Prices climbing = bad for buyers

The good news is that Utah has one of the most healthy housing markets in the country, and it is a great time to get into the market!
If buying a home is even on your radar I do not currently recommend waiting to purchase. We need to get you a plan of attack so you can purchase before the rush gets too frantic, and definitely before rates go up and up.
