After the deal was closed and Joel's job was done, I found out the day I was moving in that the A/C unit in my new home was not working in the middle of Summer. Joel went to bat for me to get the seller to pay for the repair and then even got me a home warranty that was not previously negotiated for.

worked full time from home and had a two year old, so having our home ready to show on short notice was a consistent challenge. Joel worked with us and helped us come up with a plan to show the house non stop one weekend while we were out of town. By the time we returned from our weekend trip we had 3 offers on the table. We appreciated not having to put our busy lives on hold while we sold our house!

Serving in the military

This is our Dream Home! We have moved back to our roots & have better schools for our children to attend & better influences within the community.

I was surprised most by how little I knew about the home buying process. It was quite a bit more complicated then I had imagined. However, Joel did a wonderful job of educating me and making sure I felt informed along the way.
