You can now sign up for Property Watch through the SL County Recorder’s office. What does this mean? This free service allows users to monitor any recorded changes (documents such as Liens, Deeds, Reconveyance Deeds, etc.) to their property as soon they are processed.
This is a great way to watch for any fraud that might affect your property!
