As of this writing 4/7/2020 4:29PM (because this could change), things are relatively good in Utah. I am working with buyers who are still bidding up the prices on homes to get the home they love. I have 2 sellers who have listed their homes since March and both of them have full price offers on their homes. I have other homes for sale that are still getting a lot of showings!
If we stay informed about what is going on around us (by surrounding yourself with a Realtor and Lender that you trust) and take steps to protect our health we will be fine.
