Here are my highlights from the article and why I think I solve all the concerns on the list for you…
- Most Realtors participate in less than 10 transactions each year. Being an Appraiser I actively research and value over 500 properties every year. You will be hard pressed to find a Realtor who understand value like I do.
- In addition to my appraiser experience I was also the top producer for my brokerage in 2017.
- I have 5 star ratings on Zillow.com, and have compiled a huge section of client profiles to share here.
- I will always tell you what I think you need to hear, and sometimes it isn’t fun to hear. I promise you that you will always get the brutal, honest truth from me.
In short, this was a great article about deciding on a Realtor. It makes some great points.
